It is always okay to discuss or question the length, focus, or frequency of our therapy. This is your space.

It is important to be an informed consumer. Ethical therapy should always be:
Goal-Oriented: We work toward specific goals we agree on together.
Safe: A therapist should never judge you, blame you, or impose their personal beliefs on you.
Professional: Therapists should avoid "dual relationships" (socializing outside of therapy) to keep the space sacred for you.
If you ever feel uncomfortable, you have the right to ask questions, request changes, or switch providers.
