Insurance & Payment

I am an out-of-network provider. While I do not bill insurance directly, your PPO plan may reimburse you for a portion of the cost.

  • Payment Methods: Credit card, check, cash, HSA (Health Savings Account), and FSA (Flexible Spending Account).

  • Reimbursement Support: I can provide a Superbill for you to submit. I also recommend checking Reimbursify.com to easily check your out-of-network benefits.

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes!

There are benefits to coming alone, but I know that isn’t always possible with infants.

    • Feeding Friendly: You are welcome to feed or nurse during our session.

    • Amenities: I have changing supplies available and a comfortable setup.

    • Walk & Talk: If the weather is nice, we can also do a "Walk and Talk" session with the stroller!

  • Our work begins with an assessment to understand your history and goals. From there, we work on:

    • Building Skills: Learning to notice what is happening in your body and mind.

    • Evaluating Support: Looking at your external environment and relationships.

    • Interventions: Using specific tools to create change.

    • It is always okay to discuss or question the length, focus, or frequency of our therapy. This is your space.

  • It is important to be an informed consumer. Ethical therapy should always be:

    • Goal-Oriented: We work toward specific goals we agree on together.

    • Safe: A therapist should never judge you, blame you, or impose their personal beliefs on you.

    • Professional: Therapists should avoid "dual relationships" (socializing outside of therapy) to keep the space sacred for you.

    • If you ever feel uncomfortable, you have the right to ask questions, request changes, or switch providers.
