Walk and Talk Therapy
A relaxed, movement-based
approach to therapy for people who feel
more at ease outside than in an office.
What is Walk and Talk Therapy?
A Walk & Talk session offers the same thoughtful, goal-focused work as a traditional therapy session—just in an outdoor setting. We walk together at a relaxed, conversational pace while focusing with intentional care on your therapy needs.
Each session begins with a brief check-in to clarify what you’d like to cover that day. From there, we’ll move gently toward your therapy goals, adjusting to fit your needs. Walking trails include benches for resting and access to restrooms if needed, and we can pause or stop at any point.
We will end each walk with a short reflection, including next steps, helpful resources, and a sense of where we’re headed in future sessions—so you leave feeling supported and grounded.
Two Walking Locations to Choose From:
Charlie Daniels Park
Long Hunter State Park
