We Talk

I'll call you at the scheduled time. We'll spend 15 minutes talking through what you're looking for and whether we're a good fit.

Decide Together

There's no obligation. If it feels like a good fit, we'll schedule your first full session. If not, I'll do my best to point you toward resources.

In-person sessions are available Tuesday–Thursday at 1550 North Mount Juliet Road, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122.
Telehealth is available Monday–Friday for residents of Tennessee, South Carolina, and Florida.
